We want you to enjoy everything about your New Hair Extensions - from the quality of the hair to the quality of our service. During regular business hours, the knowledgeable representatives in our Customer Service Department are a quick e-mail away. If you have questions or need help before ordering just e-mail us at info@instanthair.net and we'll be happy to help.

We sell high quality never worn new items so all sales are final. Choosing the right brand, color and length is very important. We sell color rings at our cost to help you get the right color and our licensed cosmetologists with years of extension experience are here to help you. Please remember Monitors show colors differently and we cannot see your hair in person so your hair choice will be up to you but we are here to help and guide you along the way if you need us.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL / NO REFUNDS
No exchanges for Raquel Welch or Revolution only Instant Hair.

Each brand has a different policy. Please see the brand you are purchasing below and the policy. We have no authority over these and by ordering from us you accept these policies.

Revolution - All sales are final. No exchanges/No returns (this is a manufacturers policy and we have no authority over this policy)

Seamless Extensions - All sales are final. No exchanges/No returns (this is a manufacturers policy and we have no authority over this policy)

Raquel Welch - All sales are final. No exchanges/No returns (This is a manufacturers policy and we have no authority over this policy.

Instant Hair - All sales are final/One exchange (click and print exchange form for exchange policy and how to exchange)

*You must fill out this "CLICK AND PRINT EXCHANGE FORM" and include it with your exchange.

*You must request an RMA# (return merchandise authorization). This must be on your package. Packages without an RMA# on the box will be refused.

*Click here to request an RMA#. Tell us your name, order number and item you wish to exchange. You will receive an RMA# via e-mail.

If your brand does not accept exchanges and you insist on returning your item a 35% restocking fee will be charged. We do not refund shipping & handling.

ORDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed. This is due to our automatic credit card processing system. Always view your order carefully before you submit it.

We ship only to the billing address and name on the card. Our system will deny your order if the exact billing address is not provided.

We do not issue credits or accept personal checks. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Express shipping 4-7 business days +$10.00

United States shipping only. We do not ship internationally or to Canada.
